中華航空,有您真好!

早上同事跟我說華航又出事了,我第一個反應是:「不可能那麽邪,真的要隔幾年一次嗎?」;第二個反應是「我早就說過華航是好的 ...... 只限軟件方面。」其實内心對華航的不爭氣感到非常惋惜,也非常不值。

這幾年他們真的很努力,尤其是服務方面,在我坐過的航空公司當中,華航是最好的。遇到華航的職員,我不會吝嗇對他們服務的讚賞;而許多時候大家在搖頭,我都盡量給華航說句好話:「新航也出事過,給華航機會吧!」

曾幾何時都屬於「全球最危險航空公司」的大韓航空,隨著「Rain紀念號」已走出陰霾,大家對它早就forgive and forget。而華航也正朝同一目標進發,不早前還對外說飛安改善保費降低,言猶在耳以爲真的脫胎換骨之際,今天又閙出重大事故,萬幸是沒人傷亡,不過也無奈地深深嘆息。

傷害已經造成,重點是如處理。媒體除了再三重復爆炸的畫面之外,側重點也漸漸改爲機組人員的臨危不亂和緊急疏散,華航必須把握這個關鍵,盡量淡化負面衝擊。此外,跟同事開玩笑說,現在是搭華航的最佳時候,飛行安全一定做到足,位子又多,價格一定便宜。有林志玲則更加,如果林小姐在這非常時期以實際行動支持華航,我會說她有情有義。林志玲,你願意站出來嗎?

Coz the captain had made the announcement that they had the situation 15min before landing, which means they already knew there were something wrong with the aircraft. Especially it was kind of the engine problems and they should be aware of the oil pressure or engine temperature in the cockpit. With good airmanship, the pilot should stop the aircraft on the runway or high speed taxiway once landed and shut down the engine asap instead of taxiing for another 10min. During emergency, we have so called golden time and if the pilot is doing the right protocol, I dont think it would catch fire and even explode. Let's wait for the accident investigation and I believe something will be revealed.
